Every effort will be made to ship your purchase within 3 working days of payment (speed of dispatch can vary, depending on stock levels and demand). A tracked delivery service will be used (no signature required unless there is no other tracked option available, as with some international delivery. Please monitor your parcel tracking as we cannot be held responsible for non-delivery if there is nobody home to sign for your package). Please allow up to 15 working days for delivery (in general, we expect delivery to be quicker than this under normal circumstances but in the event of a slower delivery, please contact the courier. Additional time may be required for international customs / strike action / etc).
